Aker Solutions wins Svalin umbilical contract

Aker Solutions has won a contract by Subsea 7 for the design and fabrication of a control umbilical for Statoil's Svalin C project on the Norwegian continental shelf.

The value of the contract was not disclosed.

Scope of work includes a six kilometre long control umbilical, connectors, engineering and project management.
