Hambledon Mining reports potential share fraud

It has been brought to the company's attention that shareholders of several companies, including Hambledon Mining, have been contacted by individuals purporting to be representatives of overseas broking firms. Hambledon says that it understands that people are being offered a substantial premium to the current share price of the company.
It has urged anyone contacted by someone purporting to be from an overseas broker or a firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority to be vigilant and not to rely on any of the details given without checking out the firm and individuals independently.
