Eckoh wins Essex County Council contract

Eckoh - a leading speech recognition and associated payment solutions provider - has signed a three-year reseller agreement with Azzurri which has delivered its first joint contract award with a two-year deal with Essex County Council.The contract, won alongside Azzurri, will see Eckoh develop and implement a hosted speech recognition solution across the council's customer service operations.
The agreement was secured through a formal tender process and represents the first implementation of Eckoh's speech technology by a local authority.
