Media Corporation warrants exercised

Digital advertising network and online gaming group Media Corporation has issued 50,000,000 ordinary shares following an exercise of warrants by the company's loan facility provider.

The exercise provides the Company with a further £200,000, strengthening its working capital position.

At 4:25pm: (LON:MDC) share price was 0p at 0.55p
