Diverse Income Trust declares dividend

The Diverse Income Trust has declared a first interim dividend for the period ending 31 May 2013.

The dividend of 0.3p per ordinary share is payable on 30 November to shareholders of record on 28 September.

The ex-dividend date will be 26 September.

At 4:28pm: (LON:DIVI) share price was +0.25p at 54.25p
